We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers (EFT), and instant EFT via PayFast (our secure payment gateway). Payment is required before your site goes live after approval.

BEFORE PAYMENT: You can cancel anytime before paying with no penalty. AFTER PAYMENT: Refunds are available within 14 days if your site has not launched yet, unless delays are caused by domain/DNS issues on your side. Once live, setup fees are non-refundable, but you can request revisions.

When and how do I renew my hosting?

Renewal is manual (not automatic). We send reminders 30 days and 7 days before expiry. You'll receive a PayFast payment link via email. Pay anytime before your expiry date to avoid service interruption.
